The Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce is the leading agency for economic development of Illinois black business.  We are a strong advocate for entrepreneurship and black enterprises across the State.  Our vision is to help Illinois black businesses develop sustainable, high-growth enterprises and build their capacity to allow them to effectively compete in state, federal, local, and commercial contracts.

To achieve our vision, we will help advance the most important economic isuses and projects across Illinois and assist our members with establishing meaningful connections throughout the broader business community.
