ILBCC Joins the NBCC International Trade Mission to Costa Rica

Over the years, the National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) Trade Mission has successfully traveled the world connecting entrepreneurs of color and matchmaking chamber members’ talents and markets. These tours provide an opportunity to do business, explore opportunities and experience first-hand the environment.

The first NBCC International Trade Mission for 2020 will be to Costa Rica, February 24–28. Invited by Epsy Campbell Barr, Vice President of Costa Rica, a delegation of over 20 business owners and leadership of NBCC and the Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce (ILBCC) will be attending.

Costa Rica, officially the Republic of Costa Rica, is a country in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the northeast, Panama to the southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the southwest, and Ecuador to the south of Cocos Island. The country is a very beautiful.

“We have several members from ILBCC travelling with us on the NBCC International Trade Mission, and we are looking forward to the business possibilities” said Larry Ivory, president of ILBCC.
