The Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce

We're invested in your success Are you?

The Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce (ILBCC) is the largest, most active voice for Black businesses in the state of Illinois.  We were incorporated in 1997 as a member of the National Black Chamber of Commerce.
Our founder, President/CEO Mr. Larry D. Ivory also served as past Chairman of the Board of the NBCC.
Our primary objective is to help promote job creation and growth among Black businesses.  Subsequently we have emerged as the leading advocate and the go to agency for many state and local entities as well as corporations to propagate these very principles.  Through our strong membership & network base of local chapters & businesses, we proactively work to promote a healthier business environment & economic empowerment through entrepreneurship.
